Phrase + "TO" + Gerund
Phrase + We usually find "‘to"’ with a verb (as part of the infinitive form). However, when "to" is a preposition which is part of a combination ( phrasal verb, prepositional verb, idiom, adjective + preposition) , then it is correct to use a gerund after it.
